Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Number of Interim Applications are filed in these suits. 3.
Interim Application Nos.708 of 2023 is filed for the medical examination of Defendant No.3 by a panel of doctors and the consequential reliefs. 4.
Interim Application No.133 of 2024 is filed by Defendant No.5 wherein a prayer is inter alia made that the Defendant No.5 be appointed as a guardian of person and properties of Defendant No.3.

As identical issues may arise for consideration in these two Interim Applications qua the health and status of Defendant No.3, it would be expedient to hear these applications together. Pleadings in these two applications are stated to be complete.

Post IA Nos.708 of 2023 and 133 of 2024 for hearing on 23 October 2024.

In IA (L) Nos.15266 OF 2022 and 10673 OF 2024, whosoever of the Defendants wish to file affidavit/s in reply, shall file the same on or before 18 October 2024 and serve its copy on the Applicants. 8.
