It is clarified that Mr. Jadhav could not appear on the said date and therefore, the appearance needs to be corrected.

In view of the above, the order dated 30.01.2025 shall stand corrected to the extent that the name of Mr. Aniesh Jadhav appearing for defendant No.2 shall be deleted from the appearance. 4.
