We have heard Mr. Sanghavi, the learned Counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Gokhale for Respondents.

By this Application, the Applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 30 days in filing the present Appeal. Ms. Gokhale has vehemently opposed this Application.

In the aforesaid circumstances, it is in the interest of justice that the Application be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer (b). 5.
