Interim Application (L) No. 26217 of 2025 is not on Board. At the request of the Petitioner, taken on board. The said Interim Application is essentially for condonation of delay in removal of office objections which led to the dismissal of the Commercial Arbitration Petition (L) No. 5468 of 2023. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed permitting the Petitioner to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from the upload of this order on the website of this Court. August 25, 2025 Shraddha

Considering the minute scale of the delay, for the reasons set out in the interim application, the delay is condoned. Objections shall also be removed with the registry within three weeks as stated above. 4.

Interim Application No. 6239 of 2023 is an Application seeking stay on the execution of the impugned award. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner has instructions to submit that the amount awarded along with interest if any awarded computed until today, i.e., August 25, 2025 shall be deposited within a period of four weeks from today. Should such deposit be made, execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed. 5.

All the three Interim Applications stand disposed of. 6.

List the Section 34 Petition under the caption, "Case Management Hearing" on September 22, 2025.
