When the above Interim Application had come up on 9th January 2026, none had appeared on behalf of the Applicants/Appellants. In these circumstances, we had placed the above Interim Application on board for dismissal today. 3.

Today also, when the matter is called out, none appeared on behalf of the Appellants/Applicants in the morning session. Hence, we kept the matter in the afternoon session. In the afternoon session also nobody appeared. It appears that the Applicants/Appellants are not interested in prosecuting the Interim Application and the above Appeal. 4.

In these circumstances, the above Interim Application as well as the Appeal are dismissed for want of prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
