Mr.Pratap, learned Senior Counsel, appears in the matter for Respondent no.2 and submits that since this matter had been argued in the month of February 2025 it would be necessary to refresh the avk 1/2

27-IA-360-2025.doc memory, as the principal argument by Mr.Seervai was on the issue of possessory lien after the claim of the workmen, which the learned Counsel were ad idem, ranked at priority no.1. Mr.Seervai, learned Senior Counsel, however submits that some time be granted in this matter.

Although the adjournment is opposed by Mr.Pratap, learned Senior Counsel, since Mr.Seervai seeks some time, list this Interim Application on 8th August 2025 as Part heard. 3.

It is understood between the learned Senior Counsel that although other connected matters have also been listed on that day, since Interim Application No.360 of 2025 is part heard, it will be heard first.
