Ms. Tejwani, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in Interim Application No. 1566 of 2025 and seeks accommodation on the ground that the learned Senior Counsel is not in town today and requests that the matter be listed on 28th November, 2025. 4.

Mr. Agrahari, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in the Interim Application No. 4907 of 2022 submits that the matter can be listed on 7th November, 2025 when Mr. Pratap, learned Senior Counsel can continue his arguments in the said Application. 5.
