Pursuant to earlier order of this Court dated 5th January 2024, the Official Liquidator has furnished the notices of rejection of proof of debt in respect of five Applications and notice to the Creditor to attend the investigation to produce further evidence in respect of one of them. 2.

Ms.Shenoy, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that the additional evidence / proof of debt has been furnished to the office of the Official Liquidator only yesterday. Ms.Snehal Goyal, learned Counsel, appears for the Official Liquidator and submits on instructions that the Applications can be disposed of as the Official Liquidator will consider the additional evidence / proof of debt and decide the said Applications.

With this statement, the Applications stand disposed. 4.

Let the Official Liquidator decide / adjudicate the claims within a period of six weeks.
