Mr. Daga, learned Counsel appears for the Plaintiff and at the outset submits that the Notice of Motion No. 838 of 2018 and the Leave Petition No. 662 of 2011 have already been disposed of. 3.

Accordingly, remove the Notice of Motion No. 838 of 2018 and the Leave Petition No. 662 of 2011 from board as the same has already been disposed of.

Learned Counsel further submits that all the other Interim Applications /Notices of Motion connected to the Suits No. 1266 of 2009, 577 of 2018, 529 of 2018, 577 of 2018, 623 of 2018, 631 of 2018, 632 of 2018, 633 of 2018, 634 of 2018, 439 of 2018, 525 of 2018 have been transferred to the City Civil Court. 5.

Ms. Shirke, learned Counsel appears for the Defendants No. 7 to 25 in the Suit No. 2509 of 2011 and submits that all the Suits that have been filed by the flat purchasers and have been transferred to the City Civil Court.

Accordingly, remove the Suits No. 1266 of 2009, 577 of 2018, 529 of 2018, 577 of 2018, 623 of 2018, 631 of 2018, 632 of 2018, 633 of 2018, 634 of 2018, 439 of 2018, 525 of 2018 from board. 7.

List the Suit No. 2509 of 2011 along with Notice of Motion No. 1091 of 2015 in the said Suit on 9th December, 2025 for marking of Plaintiff's documents.

Let Plaintiff's witness remain present in the Court on the next date.
