The learned Advocate for the Applicants seeks a post grant amendment in the Testamentary Petition as well as in the Original Grant of Letters of Administration, to amend the Schedule I of the Petition in terms of Exhibit 'B' and the consequential amendments. 2.

Having considered the reasons set out in the Application, particularly in paragraphs 3 to 5 and being satisfied with the submissions advanced, I find no impediment in allowing the Interim Application.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that they have misplaced/lost the original Probate and therefore, seeks a direction to the registry to issue a certified copy of the said Probate. 5.
