As more particularly recorded in the order dated 9th March 2026, the parties have settled the disputes between themselves and filed Consent Terms dated 9th March 2026, which have been taken on record. ------------------------------------- Order dated 16th March 2026

Today, all the signatories to the Consent Terms have joined through Video Conferencing. They have been identified by their respective Advocates. They confirm their signatures on the Consent Terms dated 9th March 2026 and also state that its contents are true and correct and reflect the understanding that is arrived at between them. 3.

Considering this, the Consent Terms are taken on record and the Suit no. 901 of 2012 is disposed of in terms of the said Consent Terms. 4.

Court fees shall be refunded as per rules.

All pending Interim Applications and Notice of Motions taken out in the present Suit, if any, also stand disposed of in terms of this order, and all interim orders passed therein, if any, shall stand vacated. 6.

Undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to this Court.
