Pursuant to order dated 24th April 2024, today when the matter is called out, Ms.Bijal Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that, as directed by this Court, the Respondents have been served once again and seeks to tender across the bar affidavit of service dated 7th June 2024. Ms.Gogri submits that the Respondents have been deemed to be served as the packets have been returned with the remark "refused". Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.50,000/- against the Respondent no.2, returnable on 12th February 2025.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police station for the execution of the bailable warrant. The Senior Police Inspector of the concerned Police station to have the said bailable warrant executed and secure the presence of the Respondent no.2 on the next date.

Let the Respondent no.2 remain present in the Court on the next date.

List on 12th February 2025.
