Purti Parab 16-WP-3488-2018 @ Ors.doc instructions from Mr. Arun Chauhan submitted that, the demolition work of the suit structure is completed upto 85%. He submitted that though the compliance report on Affidavit is ready to be filed in the Registry, due to inadvertence it could not be filed within the stipulated period. He therefore prays for extension of time to file compliance report. 2) In view thereof and at the request of learned counsel for Respondent/BMC, the period to file compliance report on Affidavit, in pursuance of order dated 13th November 2024, is extended by three weeks from today.
