Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On 07th May 2024, we have issued notices to the respondents, returnable on 18th June 2024.

Mr. Reis learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant states that the private service has been effected upon respondents No. 2 and 4 to 10. He states that even the bailiff has succeeded in serving 19th June 2024

For the present, we have not seen bailiff's report. Be that as it may, issue fresh notices to the respondents except BMC, returnable on 16th July 2024.

The bailiff of this Court should once again effect the service on all the respondents (except BMC) and file a clear report on the status of the service. In addition, liberty is granted to the petitioner to also effect private service and file the affidavit of service. 6.
This time if the respondents (except BMC) fail to appear on the next date by themselves or through their duly instructed advocates, this Court will consider issuing bailable warrants to be served through the Police Authority to secure their presence. 7.
