Learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 to 6 submits that developers are always willing to pay the rent. It is however submitted that the applicants are demanding rent at an enhanced rate which developers object.

The developers are willing to pay the rent and the arrears to the applicants which is undisputed. The tenants may accept the same. This will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicants for enhanced rent. 4.

List the matter on 12th June 2024.
