The Suit is disposed of in terms of the said Consent Terms. The undertakings furnished in the Consent Terms are accepted by this Court.

The Court Receiver Report No.199 of 2023 is also disposed of. The Court Receiver is discharged without passing any accounts. The Advocate for the Plaintiff will bear all the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver within a period of three weeks from today. Refund of Court Fees, as per Rules.

The Demand Draft referred to in paragraph 6 of the Consent Terms has been handed over by the Advocate for the Defendant to the Advocate for the Plaintiff.

In the light of this Order, all Interim Applications also stand disposed of.
