This is an Application filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act"), seeking extension of mandate of the arbitrator. The mandate of the arbitrator had expired on September 1, 2023. However, this Interim Application was filed on September 2, 2023.
