Place all Interim applications for hearing on 2nd December 2024. INTERIM APPLICATION NO.3784 OF 2022 2.
This Interim Application has been filed by the Defendant seeking condonation of delay of 43 days in filing the Written Statement. 3.
I have perused the Interim Application and I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown in the Interim Application for condoning the delay of 43 days in filing the Written Statement. Further the Written Statement has been filed within a period of 120 days. 4.
In these circumstances, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) thereof, which reads as under:- A.
condone the delay of 43 days in the preparation and filing the Defendant's written statement dated August 5, 2022; 5.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
