Learned Counsel for the parties confirm that 75% of the awarded amount has been paid over by the Petitioner to the Respondent. In these circumstances, they agree that the matter should be proceeded with for final hearing and that the stay application is infructuous. 2.

Consequently, execution of the impugned award in these proceedings shall remain stayed. In these circumstances, the parties also submit that there are other connected petitions for which they shall file a praecipe giving a list of all connected awards. Once such praecipe is filed, all the matters would be tagged along with these proceedings to allocate time.
