The matter was circulated oat the instance of Defendant No. 19. Today, a grievance is made that by an order dated 11th September

50-IAL-1197-2024.DOC 2023, Defendant No. 19 was retrained from carrying out the redevelopment of the building in which the members of Defendant No. 19 society reside. There appear to be five societies and pertain to the plot of land in respect of which the societies have individually applied for a Deemed Conveyance.

Given this, it would be necessary for the Respondents to file their respective Affidavits in Reply. For this purpose, I grant one final opportunity.

Affidavits in Reply are to be filed and served on or before 8th October 2024. Affidavit in Rejoinder, if any, to be filed and served on or before 15th October 2024.

List the matter for hearing on 12th November 2024. 5.
