Learned Counsel invited my attention to the said order and pointed out that the paragraph 2 has inadvertently been recorded and requires correction. It is submitted that the same be substituted as follows: Ajit

Given formal nature of the application, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), which read thus:

"a.

That the name of Mr. John Peter Fernandes and Mr. Croydon John Fernandes be brought on record in the above Testamentary Petition in place of the name of the deceased Legal Heir as per the proposed amendment at Ex-A hereto.

b.

That the name of the deceased Caveatrix be deleted. c.

That the name of Mr. John Peter Fernandes and Mr. Croydon John Fernandes be brought on record in the above Caveat in place of the name of the deceased Caveatrix as per the proposed amendment at Ex-B hereto."
