The Court Receiver seeks a correction in the order dated 11th September, 2025. She seeks deletion of the word "Respondent" from paragraph no.4. The request is accepted. 3.

The order dated 11th September, 2025 be corrected accordingly and corrected order to be uploaded on the website of Bombay High Court.

Time to disburse the amount is extended upto 4th October, 2025.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 seeks a refund of the maintenance amount of Rs.1,70,668/- along with accrued interest after deducting the Court Receiver's charges. The request is accepted.

The Court Receiver to disburse dues of Rs.82,500/- to the Respondent No.1 on or before 4th October, 2025. 7.

The amount of Rs.82,500 shall be disbursed for making TDS payment on account of Respondent No.1. The Receiver shall disburse the balance amount as per order

dated 11th September, 2025 only upon the Respondent No.1 producing the TDS payment challan.

The Defendants are directed to furnish the Pan Card details to the Respondent No.1 on or before 29th September, 2025.
