The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 79 days in filing the above appeal. In the above matter, originally an order was passed on 02.09.2024 whereby the Court was not satisfied with the authority of the person filing the appeal as well as the above Interim Application. In light of the aforesaid, the Appellant was directed to file an OCTOBER 01, 2025 Parab, HG Steno

7.OS.IA.1509.2024.doc additional affidavit. Such an affidavit has been filed, and which is dated 14.09.2024.

We are satisfied that the person filing the above Appeal as well as the above Interim Application has the authority to do so. Considering that the delay is 79 days, we hereby condone the delay. 3.

Now that the delay is condoned, all other office objections shall be removed by the Advocates for the Appellant within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the above appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
