902-ia-1591-2025.doc efforts have been made to satisfy the Applicant with respect to the authenticity of the accounts, and that all relevant documents, including bank account statements and a list of the assets, have been shared. It is further submitted that the Petitioner has also offered to pay the Applicant his share of the estate, which is approximately valued at 2 crores. However, the Applicant has not expressed ₹ satisfaction with the said offer.

Be that as it may, the Applicant is granted one final opportunity to settle the matter, failing which the Application will be heard and decided on its own merits.
