The Consent Terms tendered are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date.

The Petitioner and the Caveator are present in Court have been identified by the Court associate. Their signatures on the Consent Terms are identified by their respective Advocates. 4.

Parties present state that they have read, understood and accepted the terms; that the terms were entered into of their own free will, without any coercion or undue influence. 5.

I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are in order, not contrary to law, and have been drawn by the parties of their own volition as a reflection of their true intentions.

The undertakings, if any, in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

7.

Registry to refund court fees as per applicable Rules. 8.

The Registry is directed to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course. 9.

The Registry to proceed with the grant of Probate preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of this Order, subject to the Petitioner complying with all the requisitions. 10.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of Consent Terms.
