Learned counsel for the Applicant submits seeks condonation of delay in filing the Caveat. He submits that, in fact, there was no delay. He clarified that the caveat was issued on 7th September, 2022 and received on 30th September, 2022, and was therefore filed within the prescribed time. However, the date for receipt of the caveat was inadvertently mentioned as 7th September 2022, which led the Registry to record the delay.

I am satisfied with the reasons provided by learned advocate and accordingly allow Interim Application No.1629 of 2025 in terms of prayer clause (c) and (d) of the Application.
