Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel representing respondent no.2. Though the prayer for bringing on record legal heirs of the petitioner is opposed by the learned counsel for respondent no.2, we find that reasons assigned appear to be acceptable. Hence, delay in bringing on record legal heirs of the petitioner is condoned. The legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record. Same be done within a period of one week from today. The Interim Application is disposed of.
