The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-D) so as to correct the number of the Saving Bank Account at serial No.1 in the Schedule of Assets in accordance with draft amendment 'X'. 3.

Leave granted.

Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-D) is permitted to be amended in accordance with draft amendment 'X'. 5.

This application is for amending the description of the property mentioned at serial No.1 in the Schedule of Assets so as D.A.ETHAPE

901-IA-1942-2024.doc to correct the Saving Bank Account number maintained with UCO Bank. The proposed amendment appears to be in the nature of correction of an inadvertent error in mentioning the Saving Bank Account Number. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

(i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) Necessary amendment in accordance with Schedule of Amendment (exhibit-D), as amended in terms of the draft amendment 'X', be carried out within a period of two weeks.

(iii) Re-verification dispensed with.

(iv) Post amendment grant is expedited.
