Ms. Lakshmi Murali, learned Counsel, appears for the Plaintiffs and submits that the Interim Application filed on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeking leave under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956 is listed on 29th November 2024.

Mr. Hariani, learned Counsel, appears for the Official Liquidator and submits that there is another Interim Application (L) No. 27872 of 2024 served upon the Official Liquidator also seeking leave under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956 filed on behalf of Defendant No.15-Society which may also be listed on 29th November 2024. In this view of the matter, list the Suit alongwith the connected Interim Application and the Notice of Motion as well as the Interim Application (L) No. 27872 of 2024 on 29th November 2024. 4.
