Pursuant to earlier orders of this Court and the order dated 17th January 2025, today when the matter is called out, Mr. Jain, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiffs submits and Mr. Hariani, learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator confirms that the Company Court has permitted impleadment of the Official Liquidator under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956. 2.
Mr. Jain for the Plaintiffs however submits that some time be granted to carry out the necessary amendments and also thereafter to serve the amended copies of the Plaint and the Proceedings upon the Official Liquidator.

Mr. Hariani also seeks some time to take instructions with respect to the Plaint as well as the Notice of Motion and the connected Interim Application.

Let appropriate instructions be taken by the Official Liquidator by the next date, and if necessary, affidavits be filed on behalf of the Official Liquidator with a copy to the others. 5.
