13-S-121-2017.doc to the Notice of Motion and the Interim Application, this Court may grant some time to the Official Liquidator to file reply to the Notice of Motion as well as file a written statement in the Suit. 2.

Let reply to the Notice of Motion be filed within a period of four weeks with copy to the other side. Rejoinder in two weeks thereafter, with copy to the other side.

Mr.Hariani waives service of writ of summons. Let written statement be filed within a period of thirty days with copy to the other side.

List the Notice of Motion as well as the Interim Application for hearing on 23rd July 2025 at 4.00 p.m.
