In furtherance of the orders passed Yesterday. Today, Defendant Nos.1 & 2 both have appeared through virtual mode. A photocopy of the AADHAR Card of Defendant No.2 is tendered. Defendant No.2 has identified herself. 2.

The conduct of the Defendants has been observed as already pointed upon by this Court in previous order. It was thus that this Court had issued notice to the Defendants to remain present. Defendants have filed an affidavit in which they have tendered an unconditional apology to this Court. 3.

Mr. Kamod additionally points out that Defendants have approached the Plaintiff to amicably resolve their disputes and differences. Though this would not amount to purging contempt, in my view, given the unconditional apology that is tendered by the Defendants as also learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Defendants submits that Defendant shall file an affidavit giving an unconditional undertaking that the Defendants will not in the future, manufacture or sell the products bearing the impugned marked and labels in respect of which the captioned Commercial IP Suit as also the Contempt Petition was filed.

I am accepting the apology tendered by the Defendants and accordingly the Interim Application (L) No.34887 of 2024 is disposed off. 5.

Stand over to 15 th October 2025 for 'settlement'.
