41-ia2074-2024.doc proposal for inviting E-Tenders for planning, designing and construction of underground 3 level basement car parking system has been cancelled by the Corporation which has rendered the petition infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, the PIL Petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
