It is observed from earlier order dated 22nd November 2024 that time was sought on behalf of the Plaintiff as the Plaintiff had not agreed to transposition of Defendant No.6-Applicant as the Co-Plaintiff. 3.

Mr. Mohd. Ashraf, learned Counsel, appearing for the Plaintiff once again seeks some more time to take appropriate instructions and if necessary, submit compilation of the relevant Judgments upon which reliance is being placed.
