Pursuant to order directing issuance of bailable warrant dated on 10th June, 2025 today the Respondent has been brought to this Court. 2.

The Respondent statedly is an employee of ONGC Limited drawing a salary of Rs.70,000/- per-month. Ms.Bijal Gogri, learned Counsel submits that the outstanding as per the settlement is Rs.2,50,000/-.

Let the Respondent before leaving the Court premises today furnish an undertaking as under :

(b) That he will deposit Rs.25,000/- by the 10th of every month till the settlement amount of Rs.2,50,000/- is paid. (c) In the event, the Respondent takes Voluntary Retirement, the entire outstanding amount due to be deposited in the Court before grant of Voluntary Retirement.
