When the matter is called out, the learned counsel Ms. Bijal Gogri appears and submits that the orders of this Court have not been complied with, nor the Respondent is present in the Court today and that this Court may consider issuing warrant of arrest. 2.

It is observed that on 16th July, 2025, the Respondent had given an undertaking to this Court in terms of Para 3 of the order of the same date. However, it appears that the said undertaking has not been complied with. Neither the Respondent nor his Advocate is present in the Court today.
