Interim Application No. 2711 of 2025 :

Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that despite order of this Court dated 16th July 2025 directing regular deposit, the Respondent has breached the same although he is present in Court. The Respondent in-person submits that since he was not well, he was unable to deposit the amounts as directed by this Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

45-902-IA-2711-2025.doc Court and that from next month onwards he will not only pay the earlier outstanding amount but also as required by the order. Interim Application (L) No.30459 of 2025 :

Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel, appearing for the Applicant and submits that since the Respondent has been in breach of the order dated 16th July 2025 as well as the undertaking, this Interim Application has been taken out as a garnishee proceeding, so that the ONGC Ltd. with whom the Respondent-Judgment Debtor has been employed can directly make the payment to the Applicant. 3.

Ms. Gogri however submits that the said Application is yet to be served on the ONGC Ltd. viz. Respondent No.2. 4.

It is observed that the Interim Application is still on lodging number. Let office objections be removed and registered number be obtained within a period of two weeks, failing which the Interim Application to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 5.

Subject to the above, let the Interim Application be served upon the Respondent within a period of two weeks. 6.
