Mr. Kamdar has today sought time to file an affidavit in rejoinder, which was strongly opposed by Mr. Hariani, who submitted that the Applicant has, on one pretext or another, been delaying the matter since the past one year. He submits that the company in liquidation does not have funds and therefore, in the event the Applicant is permitted to implead the Official Liquidator in the suit that has been filed by the Applicant, the Applicant must provide the liquidator with the necessary funds to ensure that the payment of legal costs is duly made. th 2.

Be that as it may, as and by way of last chance, stand over to 14 November 2025.
