Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application to bring legal representatives of Suresh Gopal Vaidya, Petitioner in TP No.4440 of 2022 instituted for grant of Letters of Administration to the property and credits of late Gopal Narayan Vaidya. 3.

The original Petitioner - Suresh Gopal Vaidya passed away on 12 April 2023. Hence, this application to bring legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner on record and carry out amendment in the petition in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit D).

The application is supported by the copy of the death certificate and the affidavit of the applicant. I do not find any impediment in allowing the application.

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 6.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit D) be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of this order.
