1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (L.) No. 576 of 2018, which was dismissed for non removal of office objections in furtherance of Order dated 5th March 2019 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master.

There is a delay of 4 years and 6 months in preferring present Application.

2) Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate appearing for Applicant/Petitioner on instructions submitted that, for condonation of the said inordinate delay, 1/2

Osk 18-Ia-3135-2024.doc the Applicant/Petitioner will pay a cost of Rs.25,000/- to the High Court Law Library, Room No.39, 2nd Floor, Main Building, High Court, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

3) Subject to payment of aforesaid cost within stipulated period as noted above, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) & (c).

4) Applicant/Petitioner to remove office objections, if not removed till today, within a period of two weeks from the date of payment of the aforenoted cost to the said Library.
