Ms. Jadhav, learned Counsel, appears for the Respondents and submits that the Respondent No.2 is dead and the Respondent No.1 is a partnership firm which has been dissolved.

Ms. Jadhav fairly submits that there are Interim Applications filed by the Applicant to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2 on record and which are pending. 4.

It is observed that the Execution Application is still on lodging number. In fact, on 1st July 2025 a conditional order was passed. Thereafter, on 15th July 2025, time was sought to remove office objections and obtain registered number by the next date. The next date was 4th August 2025. However, this Court is informed that on 4th August 2025, the matter could not be listed and it is listed today. 5.

Be that as it may, let the office objections be removed and registered number be obtained within a period of two weeks, failing which the Execution Application and the connected Interim Applications to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court and the Registry not to list the matter.

Only subject to the above, list on 8th October 2025 on the Supplementary Board.
