Plaintiff seeks leave of the Court to amend the cause title because there has been a change in the name of defendant No.1. The parties to the present suit have also filed a consent order to bring on record name of defendant No.1. Leave is granted to amend the name of defendant No.1. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Ms. Saxena for the plaintiff seeks leave of the Court to delete defendant No.6. The deletion should be carried out forthwith.

The transaction involved in the present suit relates to purchase of flat by the plaintiff from Defendant No.1. The plaintiff and authorized representative of defendants have filed the Consent Terms resolving the dispute between them. Plaintiff is present in the Court and has made a statement that he has understood the contents of the consent terms. The Advocates for the plaintiff and the defendants have identified the signatories of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked X for identification. 4.

The present suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms which forms part of the present order.

Decree be drawn in terms of the Consent Terms filed. 6.

Liberty to the plaintiff to make application for refund of Court Fees in accordance with law. The undertakings given by the parties to each other in the present Consent Terms should be treated as an undertaking to the Court.

The suit is disposed of in the above terms. In view of above, Interim Application would not survive. (Jitendra Jain, J)
