Pursuant to the earlier orders of this Court, today when the matter is called out, Mr. Pillai, learned Counsel appears for the Plaintiff and submits that although earlier, time had been granted to file reply to the Defendant's Application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, he now has instructions not to file any reply to the said Interim Application No. 3262 of 2024. Mr. Pillai also submits that although earlier time had also been granted to file rejoinder to the Interim Application No. 3487 of 2024, he now has instructions not to file rejoinder. 3.

Learned Counsel submits that the matter can be proceeded with on the next occasion as he is lead by Mr. Shanay Shah. 4.

Mr. Mahadik and Mr. Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the Defendants have no particular objection if some time is granted. 5.

Accordingly, list on 25th February, 2025 for hearing of the two Interim Applications.
