Only as and by way of last indulgence and subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to the High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai within a period of two weeks, let objections to the Execution Application positively be removed within a period of two weeks thereafter and registered number be obtained, failing which, the Execution Application to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
