27. IA 713-25 in COMSS 149-15 @ Connected matters.doc Dang, Defendant No.3 appears in person and submits that his lawyer is in personal difficulty today and the matter be suitably adjourned. 2.

Ms. Popat, learned Counsel appearing for the Defendant No.4 also makes a similar request submitting that the entire matter can be heard together as Mr. Katalia is also not present in the Court at the moment.

Mr. Vira has no particular objection if some time is granted in the matter, however, submitting that a short date be given as the decree of the year 2020 is being sought to be set aside by these Applications. 4.

Accordingly, list on 18th December, 2025.

It is made clear that any further request for time on any ground whatsoever would be met with costs.
