This Interim Application seeks a stay of the operation of the Respondents' mark. Given that the Commercial Miscellaneous Petition challenging the same is on board and the pleadings are complete. In my view, it would be appropriate to hear and dispose of the Commercial Miscellaneous Petition. 2.
