INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 8148 OF 2025 1.

The only substantive relief sought for in the captioned Interim Application is as follow:

2/2 38-IA-8148-2025 (OS).DOC "(a) That in view of the order dated 29.04.2022 hearing of the suit is expedited and this Hon'ble Court be pleased to keep the matter for framing of Issues and permit the plaintiff to file affidavit of documents and affidavit in examination in chief in evidence and Original list of documents of the plaintiff and direct the defendants to cross examine the plaintiff witnesses;"

Learned counsel for the parties have today tendered their respective draft issues. They request that the matter be stood over to next week to enable them to submit a consolidated list of issues. On the next occasion, they shall endeavour to file a consolidated list of those issues upon which there is agreement. 3.

In light of this, nothing further survives in the Interim Application, the same is accordingly disposed of.

SUIT NO.1047 OF 2016 4.

Mr. Singh raises an objection that there is no appearance for Plaintiff Nos.1(a) and 1(c). He shall take instructions as whether he is also appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff.
