Versus

GOPAL GAOKAR ... RESPONDENT Mr V.A. Lawande with Mr Parimal S. Redkar, Advocates for the Applicants.

Mr A.D. Bhobe with Ms Annelise Fernandes, Advocates for the Respondent.

CORAM:- M. S. SONAK, J.

DATED :- 9th February, 2024 P.C.:

In this case, the Trial Court decreed the suit. The issue is whether during the pendency of the first appeal, the applicant was protected by any interim order.

2. Mr Bhobe, learned Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that there was no such interim order. Mr Lawande seeks some time to verify the position.

3. Accordingly, stand over to 29.02.2024, so that Mr Lawande can apprise this Court on whether there was any interim order operating in favour of the appellants during the pendency of the First Appeal. M. S. SONAK, J.
