This is an application for condonation of delay of 198 days in instituting the Second Appeal. Ms A. Fernandes points out that not all the Respondents are yet served. She says that she has filed an application furnishing fresh address and seeks leave to serve the unserved Respondents at the fresh address.

2. On perusing the application which is handed in by Ms A. Fernandes, leave is granted to serve the unserved Respondents at the fresh address. Ms A. Fernandes states that the steps will be taken within a week without fail to serve the unserved Respondents at the fresh address.
