The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the sentence is rigorous imprisonment for three years and fine of ₹20,000/- and given the fact that the applicant was on bail since 28.01.2010, and there is no allegation that the liberty is misused, the sentence may be suspended temporarily.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly does not oppose the prayer for temporary suspension of sentence.. 4.

The substantive sentence of imprisonment is temporarily suspended subject to the deposit of the fine in the trial Court.

The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of ₹50,000/- and solvent surety of like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge.
